GOODS RETURN

ALL GOODS must be authorized BEFORE return & must be accompanied by a R.G.N. (return goods number) which is obtained from L.S.C.L. Head Office.

All return goods must be returned by "Prepaid" freight within 30 days of initial shipment in original packing & box.

All goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

All goods must be accompanied by the original invoice number.

FREIGHT DAMAGES & CLAIMS

All freight claims & damages are the responsibility of the purchaser & claims must be initiated by them.

Please call freight carrier immediately & file claim, should concealed damages be discovered.

If damage occurs on prepaid shipments, an inspection report must be supplied to L.S.C.L. by the receiver of the goods within 5 days to be valid for any freight damage claim.
